Before co-founding ESG Start, Rutger held the position of Principal at A.T. Kearney (now Kearney), where he led numerous organizational transformations and strategy initiatives over a 15-year tenure. His expertise encompasses ESG compliance, interim management, and implementing sustainable business practices.
